Legislative Drafting Services for LGU Offices
I help local officials, legislative staff, private secretaries, committee staff, and government personnel convert raw instructions, hearing notes, draft inputs, screenshots, emails, and reference documents into clearer, structured, and review-ready legislative outputs.
If you need a committee report, resolution, amendatory ordinance, official letter, speech, compliance memo, executive summary, or public explainer prepared or polished, I can help organize the material into a cleaner document that is easier to review, revise, and use.
This service is for offices and professionals who need practical drafting support—not generic writing.
Start with a drafting request.
Before paying, please submit the request first so I can review the scope, urgency, available materials, expected output, and appropriate rate.
Who This Is For
This service is for local officials, legislative staff, private secretaries, committee staff, Job Order and Contract of Service workers, and government personnel who handle documents that must be clear, structured, traceable, and useful.
It is especially useful when the instruction is already available, but the materials still need to be organized into proper wording, format, sequence, and review-ready structure.
I can help when you have the substance but need support turning it into a usable document.
What I Can Help You Prepare

- Official Letters — for requests, endorsements, transmittals, invitations, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Compliance Memos — for internal guidance, office instructions, documentation reminders, and implementation notes.
- Executive Summaries — for meetings, reports, programs, policy materials, and official briefings.
- Public Explainers — for translating technical or legislative material into clearer public-facing language.
- Document Editing and Polishing — for drafts that need stronger structure, cleaner wording, and better flow.

What You Can Send
You do not need to send a perfect draft. Send the available materials first.
- raw notes;
- hearing notes;
- committee findings;
- previous drafts;
- request letters;
- screenshots;
- emails or Messenger instructions;
- old ordinances or resolutions;
- legal or policy basis;
- attachments and reference documents;
- preferred title, deadline, and intended action.
The clearer the inputs, the faster the drafting process. If the materials are incomplete, I may ask for clarification before confirming the scope.
How This Works
- Submit your request. Send the available notes, references, screenshots, emails, or existing draft.
- I review the scope. I check the document type, complexity, urgency, available materials, and expected output.
- We confirm the rate. I will confirm whether the request falls under Basic Draft, Structured Draft, Priority Draft, or a custom arrangement.
- I prepare or polish the draft. The output is structured for review and further action.
- You review the output. Revisions may be made depending on the agreed scope.
- You release or route the document. Final approval remains with the requesting official, office, or authorized reviewer.
For first-time clients, request review comes first before payment. For existing clients, Messenger or email coordination may continue depending on the arrangement.
